Quotes:  For pricing, call or email our office with desired product description, quantities and shipping address. If you are local to our area, we will schedule an appointment to visit your residence / job site to confirm the measurements and the products you are requesting. We will prepare a written quote and return it for your approval within one to five days depending on the project size.

Ordering Instructions:  A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance, including freight, is payable prior to shipping (if applicable). To order, review your quote for accuracy and completeness, sign approval where indicated and return to us by fax or mail along with your deposit. We accept personal checks or credit cards for deposits. No order will be placed until we have received your signed quote, deposit and approved fireplace/cast stone/stone masonry configuration. Lead time is 2-3 weeks for most orders. This includes time for set-up, production, and curing needed before delivery and installation.

Colors: Cast stone varies in color and texture, due to certain characteristics that are inherent in the natural material used to produce the product. These variances are not considered flaws, but enhance the natural beauty of the stone.

Custom Orders: Custom items and sizes are available and will be priced per your specifications. Please send us detailed specifications for all custom orders, along with any pertinent drawings or details. Based upon the information received, an estimate will be prepared for your approval. There is an additional charge for any custom molds required. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Warranty:  Cast stone products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects except those related to natural color variations (explained above). Warranty does not cover items used for purposes other than originally intended. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective materials only and does not cover labor costs associated with the removal and or replacement thereof. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from building or wall settlement, contact with chemicals, paint, or failure to maintain properly after installation.
